The buyer is a visitor who through the web store makes online purchases of products that are on the seller's website.

PRICING

Product prices are expressed in RSD with VAT included.

All payments shall be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

CURRENCY CONVERSION: The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit cards, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card association. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our website.

PAYMENT

Payment for the product can be made by payment card, payment on account and cash on delivery to the courier service when picking up the package.

SHIPPING

DELIVERY WITHIN SERBIA

After your order has been processed, you can expect it to arrive in 2-7 working days.

We ship primarily by City express and Post express.

Shipping is free on all orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are pleased to send orders outside Serbia. Please allow 5-14 working days for delivery to neighbouring countries and up to 4 weeks for delivery to most other countries, not including processing times. Duties and import taxes will be collected at the time of delivery, if required. Please check before you order, we don't want you to have an unpleasant surprise. Customs regulations require that we enclose an invoice with all orders shipped outside Serbia. International orders are usually shipped by EMS – Express Mail Service. Our shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of each shipment.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you enjoy our products. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you receive a damaged product, you have 10 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging and the item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be credited by the original method of payment. If your payment was made by a credit card, partially or in full and regardless of the reason for the return, Zorya D.O.O. is obligated to make a request to the bank to issue a refund to your payment card account. Please allow a reasonable number of days for the refund to process.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned goods.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We do not charge for shipping on exchanged or returned orders within Serbia. We are not responsible for return shipping from international orders and not able to reimburse for shipping charges. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
