Refund policy

We hope that you enjoy our products. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you receive a damaged product, you have 10 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging, and the item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be credited by the original method of payment. If your payment was made by a credit card, partially or in full and regardless of the reason for the return, Zorya D.O.O. is obligated to make a request to the bank to issue a refund to your payment card account. Please allow a reasonable number of days for the refund to process.


Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned goods.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We do not charge for shipping on exchanged or returned orders within Serbia. We are not responsible for return shipping from international orders and not able to reimburse for shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
